RZA’s Bobby Digital In Stereo Released On This Day In 1998

As part of, and de-facto leader of the legendary Wu-Tang Clan, RZA’s place in hip-hop history had been cemented long before any solo releases. As a rapper, producer and now full-blown polymath, RZA is more than an icon, he is rap royalty.

20 years ago today, RZA released his debut solo album Bobby Digital In Stereo. The Wu-Tang head-honcho produced most of the album himself with additional credits going to Inspectah Deck and King Tech.

Bobby Digital In Stereo also features a multitude of his Wu-Tang peers and Ras Kass. The album peaked at 16 in the US Billboard 200.
