Nelly’s Brass Knuckles Marks Ten Years Since Release

When it comes to underrated discographies, Nelly’s name must be near the top. The polymath has a classic in Country Grammar, all the hits from Nellyville including Hot In Here and that’s just his first two releases.

Nelly’s fifth studio album, Brass Knuckles, was released ten years ago today. The opus boasts a stacked roster of features including Rick Ross, T.I, LL Cool J, Snoop Dogg, Nate Dogg, Usher, Fergie, Ashanti, Akon, Chuck D, Ciara, Jermaine Dupri, Pharrell, Gucci Mane, R. Kelly and more.

Brass Knuckles charted top 20 in the UK and Australia in addition to peaking at number 3 on the US Billboard 200.
