2Chainz’ B.O.A.T.S II: Me Time Turns Five Years Old

In six years 2 Chainz has went from a bit-part player signed to Ludacris to one of the most important signees to the Def Jam roster. With the rebrand from Tityboi, Chainz’s career flipped 360,  becoming more commercially successful and credible as an artist.

Five years ago today, 2 Chainz released B.O.A.T.S II: Me Time his second studio album. The sophomore release features Pharrell, Drake, Lil Wayne, Fergie, Rich Home Quan, Lloyd, Mase, T-Pain and more with producer credits including Mike Will Made It, Diplo, J.U.S.T.I.C.E League and Street Runner.
